Chan May/Hue
We landed in Chan May, Vietnam, and took an excursion to the ancient capital city of Hue. This area, and Hue in particular, are immensely important in history, both ancient and recent. I certainly took lots of photos of buildings, monuments, battle sites, and so on, but here’s what inspired me to draw.
On the way to Hue we went through the countryside, and there’s something about it that speaks to me. If I could tell you what it was, I suppose I wouldn’t have to draw it.
